🚗 Sales Consultant – Automotive Dealership

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Vehicle Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget, from test drives to final handover.

Customer Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through timely follow-ups and excellent service.

Online Presence: Keep our digital platforms up to date with fresh listings, engaging content, and prompt responses to inquiries.

Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-presented, and showcased effectively both online and on the lot.

Documentation: Handle all paperwork related to vehicle sales, including finance applications, registration transfers, and delivery coordination.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory, vehicle features, and industry trends to confidently answer customer questions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote accessories, warranties, and service packages to enhance the customer’s purchase.
