About the role

Ability to Achieve is seeking a passionate and empathetic NDIS Support Worker to join our team in Revesby, NSW. As a casual NDIS Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

Facilitating community access and engagement, including accompanying clients on outings and social activities

Providing emotional support and encouragement to help clients develop their skills and confidence

Collaborating with the client, their family, and the broader support team to develop and implement individualised support plans

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant care

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in the aged care, disability, or community services sector

A strong understanding of the NDIS and the ability to tailor support to individual needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with clients

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's license

A willingness to learn and develop your skills in this rewarding field

Able to work with high needs complex behaviours
