The NDIS Support Worker provides support to people with disabilities assisting them to achieve their goals of community participation, skill development and increased independence. This role is for participants based on the Central Coast NSW.

About the role
As an NDIS Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in:
- Supporting participants with daily living activities (such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care)
- Encouraging community participation and preventing social isolation
- Creating and facilitating engaging activities at home or in the community
- Promoting choice, independence, and respect in everything you do
- Collaborating with participants and their Support Coordinators to develop tailored support plans
What we're looking for
We're seeking dedicated, compassionate Casual team players who bring:
- A minimum Certificate III in Disability, Mental Health, or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience supporting people with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills
- Confidence using technology for documentation and communication
- A current driver's license and insured vehicle
- A current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Worker Orientation Module completion
