The Role

We're seeking a motivated, detail-driven Project Estimator to join our team. You'll oversee project costing, planning, and delivery - ensuring every job runs efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for carpentry and building projects

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Coordinate with site teams to maintain quality and compliance

Oversee procurement, scheduling, and documentation

Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

About You

Technically proficient with estimating software program experience

(Buildxact experience highly regarded)

Practical, real-world background in carpentry, construction, or project management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Able to interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused

Keen to grow within a collaborative, professional team
