Join the dynamic team at DGI Yingting Pty Ltd as a Sales Representative. This full-time role based in Pakenham, VIC, is responsible for driving aged care service business development and growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Victoria

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

· Understand customer needs and present tailored aged care service solutions to meet their requirements

· Negotiate and close sales deals

· Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

· Proven track record in aged new business development, preferably within the aged care service sales industry

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships

· Passion for providing exceptional customer service

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
