As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Technical Sales Manager who can combine technical knowledge with commercial insight to help us win new projects and build strong client partnerships.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is ideal for someone with an electrical or automation background who’s ready to step into a more client-facing, commercially focused position.
You’ll work closely with clients and our internal engineering team to shape proposals, manage bids and tenders, and deliver solutions that are both practical and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automation and control systems.
Prepare and coordinate bids, tenders, and proposals.
Translate technical requirements into clear, commercially viable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with project capability.
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline metrics, and support sales reporting.
About You
You have a background in electrical or automation systems and are ready to step into a role that connects technical problem-solving with business growth.
You’ll bring:
Electrical trade or technical background in automation, control systems, or related engineering.
Understanding of how electrical and automation systems work - including control panels, programmable controllers, sensors, and integration components.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Super + Company Vehicle + Tools of Trade
