About the role

LSC Fit Outs is seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand – Cleaning & Maintenance to join our team on a casual basis in Burleigh Heads, to keep our factory clean, tidy and safe. This is an important role that supports our production team and ensures a smooth day to day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep floors daily

Clean work areas, walkways, and equipment surfaces

Empty bins and manage waste disposal

Assist with general factory upkeep and basic maintenance

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Occasional Local Deliveries and Pick Ups

About You:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised

Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Good attention to detail

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in cleaning or factory work is an advantage but not essential
