Full-Time Cleaner & Maintenance Assistant

Higgins Property Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Cleaner & Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role covers multiple client sites and includes use of a company van. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented facilities across various locations.

Hours of Work:
🕔 Early mornings: 5:00am – 10:00am
🌙 Afternoons/evenings: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
📅 Saturday work is required (with rostered days off during the week)

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning of swim schools and other client facilities

Cleaning and maintaining changerooms, bathrooms, and common areas

Pool maintenance tasks such as water checks, cleaning pool and surrounds

Carpet and upholstery cleaning using company equipment

Some grounds maintenance and gardening duties when needed

Supporting the property services team with light maintenance duties

Safe and responsible operation of a company van for travel between sites

About You:

Experience in commercial or facility cleaning

Experience in carpet cleaning and/or pool maintenance highly regarded

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Current driver’s licence (required)
