About the role

Creative Kitchens and Cabinets' is seeking a Builders Labourer & Factory Hand to join our team on a casual basis with 30hrs + a week at our Maleny, QLD 4552 location. As a Builders Labourer & Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction and manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of our custom kitchen and cabinetry projects including onsite demolition work. We have an ongoing contract to Southern Cross Retirement and are the builders in charge of all refurbishment works. Our factory is located in Maleny, and most of our onsite work is at Little Mountain & Noosaville.

What you'll be doing

Providing general labouring support to our construction team onsite, including loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment

Assisting with the assembly and fabrication of kitchen and cabinetry components in our factory

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in both the construction and factory settings

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Builders Labourer or in a similar role within the trades and construction industry (but not essential)

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of quality and safety

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Own basic tools required
