Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a high-performing team in Melbourne.

This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level professional looking to work on landmark fitout and refurbishment projects in the CBD and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in the tender process, ensuring submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company’s values and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
• Participate in tender reviews and contribute to bid strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain.

About You

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment
• Proven ability to price projects valued up to $10M+.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proficient in estimating software such as Cubit, Estimate One, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
