About You and the Role

You're a proactive, bubbly, and adaptable person who thrives on variety. You love being the go-to support for a busy team, and you're not afraid to jump into anything. You're confident with finance tasks, but you're also a people person who brings energy and initiative to everything you do.

You'll report directly to our Head of Finance and work closely with the whole team to keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into an Office Manager position and be part of something bigger than all of us.

Key Responsibilities

General admin support including reception, scheduling, and internal coordination

Finance tasks such as bill entry, supplier invoices and reconciliations (Xero experience is a plus!)

Filing systems, records, and reporting tools maintenance

Support for internal projects, procurement, travel bookings, and team logistics

Assist with marketing efforts including drafting social media posts and coordinating content

Contribute to a positive team culture and customer experience

Support to our Operations & Leadership Team

Pitch in wherever needed — no task is too big or too small

Essential Capabilities and Experience

Previous experience in a similar admin/finance support role

A minimum of 1-2 years of admin/finance support experience is required

Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms (Xero, CRM, etc.)

Strong communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

A genuine "can-do" attitude and willingness to support the team in any way

A current driver's licence

Permanent residency is required for this position
