As Contracts Coordinator your objective is to ensure that Solo’s services are held in high regard through effective Contract management and ongoing provision of high level of customer service. The position is responsible for the ongoing review of Council Contracts to ensure administrative compliance, liaising with branch staff to ensure accurate and effective information flow and assisting with Contract queries as required. The position will also be responsible for coordination of new Contract implementations and supporting the Head Office Contract Managers with ongoing task management.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

· Assist the Contract Management team by managing tasks as directed from allocation to completion

· Project management of Contract tasks including new Contract Implementations, Bin Roll Outs, etc.

· Manage the ongoing review and submission of Contract correspondence such as plans, certificates, policies and procedures to client Councils and other contracted clients.

Work with relevant internal stakeholders to assist with drafting of Contract management correspondence to Councils or other parties.

Carry out regular reporting from business systems to assist in the ongoing review of Contract performance.

· Liaise with Branch and other Head Office staff to improve Contracts administration systems.

· Provide high quality customer service to Council and Solo staff through the provision of effective and efficient communication.

· Assist internal stakeholders with Contract enquiries, providing guidance and support as required.

About You:

· Enthusiastic, self-motivated with the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.

· High level communication and time management skills.

· High attention to detail and diligence with regards to written, verbal and numerical information.

Experience in Contracts Management and the Waste Industry is well regarded.

Although not essential, experience in Project Management and continuous business improvement would be an advantage.
