About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Contracts Administrator to join the team in a new role due to growth! Responsibilities will include:

Raising Tender Documents

Raising Contract Documents

Ordering Soils & Contours

Assisting with customer service and client liaison

Arranging colour/tiles/electrical bookings with clients and online calendar system

Lodging applications for building approvals

Skills and Experience

Experience in a presite administration position within new home construction

Experience working with a volume home builder

Excellent attention to detail

Exceptional communication and customer service

Team player with a can-do attitude!
