About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Care Team Member to join our front-of-house team.
You’ll be the first friendly face (and voice) that clients encounter — helping them feel welcome, supported, and confident from the very first interaction.
This role blends customer service, administration, and relationship-building. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our growth through excellent client care, efficient coordination, and warm communication.
What You’ll Do
💬 Client Enquiries & Lead Conversion
Respond promptly and warmly to phone, email, and online enquiries.
Build trust by listening, understanding client needs, and clearly explaining how our services can help.
Confidently guide enquiries through to bookings, ensuring a seamless experience.
🤝 Referrer Engagement
Acknowledge and thank referrers (GPs, support coordinators, and partners) promptly and professionally.
Strengthen existing referral relationships and help grow our network through exceptional communication.
🌟 Client Experience
Create a welcoming, calm and professional atmosphere in-clinic and online.
Manage check-ins, appointments, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
Ensure every client leaves feeling valued, heard and supported.
🗂️ Administration & Coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs.
Support the team with invoicing, scheduling and workflow coordination.
Collaborate closely with clinicians and admin teammates to keep things running smoothly.
