At Aligned Chiro, we’re looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our high-tech, patient-focused clinic. You'll play a key role in our mission to naturally enhance health through chiropractic care while working closely with our team to transform lives.

12-18 Month Ascension Pathway:

Probation/Junior CA: Start at $29.07/hr while undergoing full training to become autonomous in your role.

CA: Progress with pay increases up to $30-32/hr as you take on more responsibility.

Senior CA: Operate with autonomy and have the ability to train new Chiropractic Assistants, earning $31-34/hr.

What You’ll Do:

Own the front desk, greet and engage with patients

Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments

Perform admin tasks such as managing accounts, stock, and scheduling

Assist the Chiropractor with tasks like nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults

Book new patients, answer phone inquiries, and ensure patients receive exceptional care

Hours for this role:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 7.45am - 12.15pm and 1.45pm - 6.15pm and Tuesday's 1.30pm - 6.15pm.
