⚙️ Mechanical Fitters – $60 Flat Days / $70 Flat Nights & Weekends

Spectra Recruitment is on the hunt for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our client in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, based in South Brisbane.
If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to jump into consistent ongoing work — we want to hear from you!

📅 Roster: 3 / 3 / 3 rotating days & nights
💪 Work Type: Ongoing with consistent shifts
🏭 Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing
💰 Pay Rate: $60 flat days / $70 flat nights & weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Routine and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
  • Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement work
  • Working as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly and safely

What We’re Looking For:

  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
  • Previous experience in food, beverage, or FMCG environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and reliability
  • Availability for rotating day and night shifts
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
