The Role – Not Business as Usual

We’re searching for an experienced Sales Leader to drive Managed IT Services growth and shape a high-performance sales culture. Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll own our corporate sales function, leading a talented BDM, Account Management, and Sales Support team across multiple offices.

This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo - it’s about accelerating growth. You’ll craft and execute strategies that expand our recurring revenue base, increase market share, and position Queensland Computers as the go-to MSP partner across Queensland.

While you can be based anywhere in Queensland, a week-long induction at Bundaberg HQ with regular travel to the office locations and client sites will be essential in the role. Your travel will be covered with a fully maintained company vehicle provided.

What You’ll Be Driving

Lead and inspire a distributed sales team to exceed ambitious targets

Design and execute go-to-market strategies that win new business and deepen client relationships

Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in the managed services market

Represent Queensland Computers at industry events and key client meetings to elevate our profile

Build strategic relationships that drive retention and recurring revenue

Mentor and develop your team, fostering accountability and a collaborative, results-driven culture

Partner closely with Directors and technical teams to shape offerings, pricing, and market positioning

Our ideal candidate will be:

A proven Sales Leader with recent, hands-on experience growing managed IT services or closely related technology solutions

Someone who has led growth at scale - ideally with a provider larger than Queensland Computers, contributing to its expansion or transformation

Comfortable owning the whole growth journey, not just one link in a large corporate chain

Skilled at strategic sales planning, market penetration, and commercial decision-making

A natural coach who balances big-picture strategy with rolling up your sleeves when needed

Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by creating long-term business impact
