What you’ll bring

A background in pharmacy or healthcare, paired with genuine commercial management experience.

The ability to balance commercial growth with uncompromising standards of community care — drawing on your experience in broader commercial settings as well as your grounding as a pharmacist.

A resilient leadership style that involves and engages the team, seeking input, building ownership, and navigating roadblocks with collaboration.

A proven track record of delivering growth through integration, strategy, and innovation.

The ability to think long-term while staying close enough to BAU to keep standards high.
