The Client:
Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care and are a leading National Aged Care provider who have a wonderful company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression and your career. They deliver high quality care and are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this beautiful aged care facility located near transport and shopping areas. You will be supported by a dedicated team and have daily support from the Residential Aged Care Manager.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
• Attending family conferences and have a resident focused approach
• Support, mentor and empower the care team
• Support with staff leadership, training and education
• Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
