About the opportunity:
The Future Student Services team is currently looking for an Advisor to join their highly collaborative and supportive team focused on providing an exceptional experience to future students.
This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate across the university and assist with different university programs, and events focused on student recruitment.
This role will see you:
- conducting outreach activities, including inbound and outbound emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions with future students
- establishing strong connections with future students
- understanding the student’s aspirations and needs
- providing guidance on the benefits, eligibility and course offerings at the university
- recording all interactions to create informative reports on trends and outcomes.
If you have a strong customer-focused approach, are seeking structure and process-oriented work with regular interaction with people then this could be for you.
Please note, some interstate travel may be necessary as well as limited leave opportunities during peak periods and occasional work outside regular hours.
