Brisbane-based | Part-time work from home with occasional office days
Salary: $80,000 pro rated plus super + performance bonuses
About AICP
Since 2019, the Australian Institute of Compliance Professionals (AICP) has been the trusted authority in RTO compliance training. Founded by Alex Schroder - forensic auditor, regulatory specialist, and one of Australia’s most respected VET compliance experts - AICP was built to meet the sector’s demand for training that’s practical, contextualised, and written by the sector, for the sector.
We’re not just in the business of training. We’re in the business of capability, leadership, and helping RTO professionals turn compliance from a regulatory burden into a strategic advantage.
The Role
This is a fun, exciting, and dynamic role where no two days will look the same. We’re seeking an energetic and capable Operations and Student Support Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based team in a part-time position.
You’ll lead the way in bringing AICP to life - creating excellent experiences, providing support to both our learners and Ops manager, and ensuring every learner has a smooth journey from first contact to graduation and beyond. While you’ll receive training and support, we’re looking for someone with enough experience, creativity, and confidence to lead these efforts forward.
And while this role has specific responsibilities, the successful candidate will also need to be willing to work across functions and support the wider team where needed. We value collaboration, adaptability, and people who pitch in to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our learners, providing a warm, genuine, and helpful experience from enrolment to completion.
Assist learners in using the LMS, student portal, and online resources, providing clear and patient troubleshooting support.
Issue invoices and reconcile payments in Xero.
Help brainstorm, set up and manage engaging and exciting webinars for our thousands of attendees
Share thoughtful ideas and feedback to enhance our systems, supporting our continuous growth with intention and care.
Ensure records are accurate and consistently aligned with RTO Standards. Contribute to audits and uphold internal policies with diligence and integrity.
Liase with our Assessors to coordinate coaching sessions, manage assessment submissions, and learner updates.
Work with the Ops manager to improve and update internal and learner-facing materials.
Take the lead in growth by researching systems and opportunities for improvement
Success Looks Like
Consistent and timely responses to all stakeholders
Maintaining warm, professional, supportive relationships with all our learners
Your eye for detail spots any mistakes and finds ways to improve
Maintaining clear and consistent records and registers in line with processes and policies
Assisting with quarterly internal audits and reporting processes
What We’re Looking For
Experience in operations coordination and quality customer service – RTO experience desired but not essential
Strong experience and knowledge working within highly regulated sectors
Highly-skilled in Microsoft 365 and surrounding systems
Strong writing skills and creativity in content development
Tech-savvy digital native who can move between systems and platforms as needed
Familiarity with LMS and SMS systems is a bonus
Confident working under direction within a team, and taking initiative with own tasks
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
A team player who is willing to work across functions and support colleagues when needed
What We Offer
A part-time role based in Brisbane – we are work-from-home first, with occasional office days for collaboration.
Work a 4-5 day fortnight with flexible days. Opportunity to convert to full-time in the future if desired.
Salary $80,000 pro-rated to 50% plus super + performance bonuses.
Flexibility and work-life balance
A supportive, learner-focused culture where creativity and initiative are celebrated.
Training and mentoring to help you succeed and grow into the role.
Career development opportunities in a fast-growing national brand.
The chance to be part of an organisation that sets the benchmark in compliance education.
