Your Role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll be embedded in a collaborative commercial team, overseeing contract management, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer upstream/downstream contracts and manage payment claims
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting across multiple work fronts
• Provide commercial support for tenders, variations, and claims
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and reporting standards

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in contracts administration (site-based exposure highly regarded)
• Background in infrastructure, civil, or resources projects
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex contracts
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills

The Offer

• Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000 (based on experience)
• Site Uplift: 25%
• Superannuation: 12%
• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Projects: High-profile water and civil infrastructure ($20M–$100M)
