With an iCIRT 4 Gold Star rating and a strong pipeline of bespoke projects, Lexpol Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a landmark architecturally designed residence in Mosman.

The Role

Oversee all day-to-day site operations on a high-end residential build.

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to deliver on time and to the highest standard.

Maintain strict quality control, WHS compliance, and program milestones.

Work closely with the Project Manager, Managing Director, architects, consultants and client.

About You

10 years’ residential and commercial Site Management experience in Australia

Strong background in luxury / architectural homes/units.

Trade or tertiary qualification in construction (Certificate III in Carpentry preferred).

Excellent leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for precision and high-quality craftsmanship.

Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude
