PROJECT MANAGER | COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Role details:

• Overseeing projects through all phases, from early pre-construction planning through to completion and handover.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to drive performance.
• Ensuring strict compliance with building codes, standards, and health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Building strong working relationships and maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinating construction programs and ensuring delivery systems run efficiently and to schedule.
• Preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• A mix of office and site-based responsibilities.

About you:

• A natural leader and motivator.
• 5+ years of project management experience across commercial construction projects.
• Commercially astute and proficient with MS Project, Procore, and Jobpac.
• Strong experience across fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Full working rights in Australia (essential), no sponsorship available for this position.
