About the Role We’re seeking dedicated NDIS Support Workers across the Tweed, Byron Bay and Northern Rivers region to provide in-home and community-based support to participants.
This role offers casual or permanent part-time opportunities, with flexible shifts and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
You’ll assist participants with daily living activities, community engagement, and personal goal achievement while ensuring their safety, wellbeing and independence.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for caring, patient and reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others live their best lives.
Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (within 12 months or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Current Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services (or higher)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold participant dignity
