Project Manager – Commercial Washroom Fitouts

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple washroom fitout projects — ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and client communication.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing fast-paced construction projects and takes pride in seeing a project through from manufacture to installation.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring site safety and compliance — all while maintaining great relationships with commercial builders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple washroom fitout projects from planning to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and production staff

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and variations

Conduct site measures and interpret architectural drawings

Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and site presentation

Liaise with builders and clients to maintain smooth communication

Drive process improvement and support a culture of continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in project management within construction, joinery, or fitout

Strong communication and leadership skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a safety-first attitude

Desirable:

Qualification in Project Management or a trade background (e.g. cabinet making, carpentry, joinery)

Experience managing washroom or partition installations

Demonstrated success leading and motivating teams
