This role offers the opportunity to join a Property & Development team within a leading national corporate law firm. The team specialises in advising on high-value property and development transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of significant property assets
• Commercial leasing, including agreements for lease, for landlords and tenants
• Large-scale development projects
• Acquisition, structuring, planning, construction, and sale of off-the-plan residential apartment developments

Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in complex property, leasing, and development transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to allocate risk in a commercially astute manner
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of the property industry and the ability to provide prompt, commercially focused advice
• Exceptional matter management skills, including scoping matters, managing fee estimates, and billing
• Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management skills
• Ability and willingness to mentor, manage, and support junior colleagues.
