• Takeovers and public & private M&A
• Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
• Consortiums & strategic fund investments (including clean energy)
• Complex FIRB approvals & foreign investment law
• IPOs, rights issues, and share placement
• Corporate governance advice (Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, Foreign Acquisitions Act)

Is This You?

• A Corporate M&A lawyer with 2 to 7 years of PAE, ideally from a top-tier firm.
• Possess strong academic results (GPA 5.5+).
• Currently a Associate or Senior Associate
• Commonwealth jurisdiction experience is welcomed so returning overseas lawyers are encouraged to apply!
