We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading a small crew across multiple projects throughout Sydney, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site.

What you’ll do:

Lead and support tradespeople and apprentices on-site

Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and resources

Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Liaise with Supervisors and Project Managers on progress

Work across a variety of projects throughout the Sydney region

Promote a positive team culture

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson

Current Electrical License

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

White Card and current driver’s licence

Willingness to travel to different job sites across Sydney
