What You’ll Bring

· Current A-Grade Electrician’s License

· Driver’s license & construction white card

· Right to work in Australia

· Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Your Role

· Lead and mentor team members on-site

· Run projects and manage your own portfolio of work within Marlec Electrical

· Take ownership of stock levels, van presentation, and job delivery

· Use our job management app (Simpro) to schedule and complete tasks efficiently

· Attend fortnightly toolbox meetings to share ideas and help shape the direction of the business

· Deliver ‘A-Grade’ customer service to clients
