What to Expect in This Role:

Our close partnership with our families is the key to our success in delivering exceptional educational outcomes for students - this is where you come in!

As a member of our Tutor / Customer Experience team, you will work with families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the Kinetic Education program. You will maintain regular contact, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary. You will provide feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement.

In your conversations with parents, you will listen for ways to support them, update account information, and, most importantly, ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.

About you.
This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others.

You will have:

the confidence to tutor maths at a Year 12 level;

exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;

the confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child’s progress;

monitor, delegate and respond to emails;

strong organisation/administration skills and attention to detail;

experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms;

ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement;

tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but not essential.

-> Full-time: Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm AWST

-> Part-time: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 7pm or 3pm - 7pm AWST
