The Role

We're seeking a Personal Assistant to join our small and dynamic team. This role is at the heart of our operation β€” the first point of contact for new clients and the bridge between councils, our planning team, and the people we represent. You'll communicate directly with council officers, explain our services to new leads, coordinate meetings, and support our Director in managing relationships and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Director with business development, networking and scheduling

Manage relationships with leads and clients from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Liaise with stakeholders on development application (DA) matters.

Document preparation and design.

Manage business systems, databases, and digital filing.

Create content for our website and social media platforms.

Contribute to business process improvements.

About You

You're a confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people and organisations. You have a creative spirit and can handle multiple priorities with ease, whilst taking pride in producing work of a high standard.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previously excelled in a PA/office manager role with customer service or sales experience.

Communicates professionally, both in writing and conversation.

Is organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (MS Office Suite essential).

Enjoys liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

Wants to see better design solutions for our cities.

Has creative flair and experience producing marketing material.

Brings initiative and creative ideas to a growing team.
