🩺 Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care.

Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.

Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Care Team Leader.

Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Commitment to compassionate nursing.

✅ Requirements:

Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.

Minimum 6 months recent aged care experience required (residential or community care).

NDIS Check.

Current National Police Check.

National Police Check must be no older than 6 months.

Current influenza vaccination (or valid medical exemption)

Must have full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
