🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

Be the friendly voice of Hoselink – helping customers over the phone and email.

Listen to customer needs and provide personalised solutions that leave them feeling heard and happy.

Troubleshoot and resolve product or order issues with care and professionalism.

Log and follow up on customer interactions to ensure a smooth and consistent service experience.

Work closely with a tight-knit team and collaborate across departments to continuously improve what we do.

🙌 What We’re Looking For

Customer-first mindset – You’ve got at least 12 months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, hotel, or similar) and love helping people.

Confident communicator – Whether it’s over the phone or email, you know how to make customers feel supported and understood.

Problem solver – You think on your feet and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into a challenge.

Reliable & detail-oriented – You take pride in doing things well and never miss the little things.

Ready to grow – You’re looking for a long-term role where you can develop your skills and grow within a stable, well-known company.

📆 The Details

Casual Contact (with the potential to move to full-time)

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

One 8:00am team meeting per month

Located in the Northern Beaches (Free parking onsite!)

Work alongside the Customer Service Team Manager, Head of Customer & People, and other amazing teams including Product Development and the Warehouse.
