The Role
As a Business Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a client portfolio and supporting the professional development of your team. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of diverse clients across industries, including complex groups.
• Reviewing and advising on tax compliance, structuring, and advisory matters.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing staff (from Intermediates through Seniors).
• Attending client meetings and building strong long-term relationships.
• Working closely with Partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to team development.

About You
We’re seeking an experienced public practice accountant with strong technical and leadership capability.
You will ideally have:

• CA/CPA qualification.
• 7+ years experience in business services/tax within public practice.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong technical knowledge across compliance, tax, and advisory.
• Confidence in client-facing situations with strong communication skills.
