An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Services Manager to join a progressive and people-focused accounting firm based in Leederville. The Role

As a Business Services Manager, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, lead and mentor a team, and work closely with senior leaders to drive the firm’s strategic goals. You’ll be hands-on in delivering tax and advisory solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior and intermediate accountants
• Deliver high-quality business and tax advisory services
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting deadlines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
• Work on a variety of work, including corporate tax, international tax, and SMSF

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business services/public practice
• Strong technical understanding of Australian tax and compliance
• Proven ability to manage staff and review work effectively
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on adding value beyond compliance
