Located close to Osborne Park, Perth our clients are a successful accounting practice with 50 staff and 5 directors, The practice offers services within tax and business services accounting along with SMSF, Financial planning and Bookkeeping to a wide variety of clients across Western Australia.
Due to growth the directors would now like to add to the already successful management team with an experienced manager.

The vacancy:

Head up a small team (Accountants, Tax and business services)

Report into the Managing Director

Complete and review work such as complex tax returns, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships.

Be a key member of the management team

Mentor staff members

Engage with clients directly

Lead and manage a team with performance reviews, Monthly training and reviewing work.

To apply:

Have 6 or more years experience as an accountant in public practice accounting within Australia

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Ideally be CA/CPA qualified

Solid experience in Australia as either a supervisor or manager within tax and business services accounting

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required

Excellent communication skills

Want a long - term position

Enjoy training and mentoring staff

In return:

A salary of up to $155,000 + Super + Bonus
