Key responsibilities
Living in Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands or surrounds preferred.
Working closely with the business owner to prioritize work flow.
Document preparation/formatting internal and external communications e.g. drafting certificates, interacting with the NSW Planning Portal, emails, reports, fee proposals.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling site inspections and maintaining records.
Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience required.
Use of computer programs to ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for operations of the business.
Review NSW Planning Portal applications for completeness of information and architectural plans.
NSW Planning Portal experience preferred.
Construction/building industry knowledge preferred.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Attend to customer administration needs.
Maintain accounts through a software package.
Australian work authorization required for this position.
