Why your role matters
The Lead Management and Master Data Management (MDM) project is a business program led by the Marketing & Digital Experience area, but also involves significant technical components related to the deployment of a customer data platform (CDP), a Sales CRM, Master Data Management platform as well as associated data integrations.
We are committed to best in-class lead management system (technology, data, processes & target operating model) to manage individual prospects throughout their UNSW experience, from the moment of anonymous engagement up until enrolment into a program.
About the Role:
As the Change Manager you will play a key role within the Lead Management & MDM Program Team in advising, leading and coaching stakeholders and develop change management plans that enable business areas and impacted teams to adopt and embed changes.
About You:
This is an exciting project where your change management expertise and marketing or sales CRM experience will make a real impact. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. More specifically you will need to have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with at least 7+ years’ experience leading and implementing medium to large sized change initiatives in complex environments and/or extensive relevant experience gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with all levels of stakeholders in designing and delivering change activities to support business leaders and their teams through change and integrate change management activities with their project plans.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training aligned to change impacts. Ability to assess learning needs and develop appropriate materials
- Demonstrated understanding and extensive experience in providing change advice and support across multiple projects or program streams within agreed timeframes and supporting business users to adopt and embed change.
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, influence leaders and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Ideally, experience in Change Management Program Delivery within the higher education sector or any other heavily regulated sector.
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter)
