We're seeking an Organisational Development Manager to drive talent and leadership initiatives that boost employee growth and organisational success. You'll lead the design and delivery of impactful programs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The position reports directly to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development. The position will liaise with members of the Learning and Organisational Development team on a day-to-day basis, other teams within the People Unit and with a range of staff at all levels within the unit, Faculties and Divisions.

• Lead the implementation of organisational development strategies and capability-uplift programs.
• Oversee leadership training programs and manage associated project tasks.
• Support the execution of the Leadership Academy.
• Offer consultation and guidance on best practices for leadership programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
• Balancing multiple projects and priorities, often with competing deadlines, to ensure timely and effective delivery of organisational development activities
• Facilitate and train groups on various organisational development and leadership topics to enhance skills and knowledge across the organisation.
