At Daniel’s Donuts, we’re famous for our iconic Fresh Jam & Cream donuts (plus a mouthwatering lineup of cakes, muffins, pastries and more), and we’re growing fast across manufacturing, retail and wholesale. Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):

As a Factory Baker, you'll be the genius behind our delicious creations. Working in our energetic manufacturing facility, you’ll be part of a passionate crew that makes the magic happen – from mixing and prepping to baking and perfecting every single treat. If you’re a detail-oriented dough pro who loves the smell of freshly baked everything… we want you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating industrial mixers and machinery like a boss 🍥

Mixing creams, custards, mousses and cheesecake bases (yum!)

Following our recipes to sweet, sweet perfection

Prepping and organising ingredients like a pro

Mixing dough and ensuring consistency across batches

Keeping your workspace clean and food-safe ✅

Pitching in with new recipe development (yes, you can help create the next donut craze!)

Working fast and smart in a team that’s as sweet as our donuts

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Baker and/or Pastry Chef with at least 2 years' experience in a production kitchen

Experience making cakes, muffins, pastries and large-scale baked goods

Know your way around industrial mixers and commercial machinery

Creams, custards, cheesecakes? You’ve whipped them all

A solid understanding of Food Safety Programs

Can keep up in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

A great teammate who can adapt and roll with the dough (we mean... flow 😄)

Forklift licence? Big plus!
