About the Role

We are a well-established and expanding family-owned farming business located in Yeppoon, QLD. We are currently seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working local staff to join our team as Farm Hands or Senior Farm Hands in a full-time, long-term capacity.

Key Responsibilities

General farm duties as directed by supervisors and farm managers

Undertake seasonal tasks such as planting, harvesting, and removal of plant material

Conduct pre-start checks and perform basic maintenance on farm machinery

Operate equipment safely, including tractors and forklifts

Assist with the maintenance of farm vehicles, tools, and workshop areas

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Requirements

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in various outdoor conditions

Must have a valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions with attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in farming, picking, or packing is advantageous but not essential

Forklift licence is desirable but not required
