We’re searching for a Centre Director to lead our dynamic early learning centre located in Central Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and well-resourced service that values innovation, relationships, and high-quality education and care.

As Centre Director, you will be the driving force behind a culture of excellence—supporting your team, engaging families, and ensuring the centre thrives in every aspect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the centre
• Inspire and mentor a team of passionate early childhood educators
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community
• Ensure high standards of education, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in curriculum and practice
• Manage budgets, staffing, enrolments, and compliance systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Director or leadership role
• Proven knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• A growth mindset and a genuine love for early childhood education
