About the Role

As General Manager, you'll lead the Sales, Operations, and Client Experience teams — driving performance, refining processes, and ensuring an exceptional client journey from initial inquiry to handover. You'll work closely with the Directors to align daily operations with long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Sales, Operations, and Client Experience teams

Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Improve operational processes and drive efficiencies across the business

Foster a high-performance, client-first culture

Monitor and report on key business metrics and team performance

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners

Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory requirements

Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives

About You

A strong, supportive leader with experience in residential new home construction

Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience — and creating homes people truly love

Solid understanding of custom home building and project workflows

Confident managing teams, budgets, timelines, and performance

Strategic and organised, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

A great communicator who builds trust with clients, staff and other stakeholders

Always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and grow
