About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warranty & Service Administrator to join our client’s team in Bibra Lake. This 3-6 month opportunity, with potential for extension, operates on a Monday to Friday roster and will support warranty and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will manage warranty claims, liaise with technicians and customers, process documentation, and provide general administrative assistance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Process warranty claims using Sybiz and enter claims on manufacturers’ websites
Forward warranty jobs to technicians and order spare parts as requested
Schedule warranty jobs, coordinating with customers to arrange service times
Process invoices for both warranty and non-warranty jobs
Provide prompt and professional support to internal and external customer queries
Undertake various administrative duties, including end-of-month processing
Provide reception support during breaks and leave periods
Assist with order processing and accounts as required
Answer and redirect phone calls and emails efficiently
Skills and Experience Required
Proven administrative experience, ideally within a technical, trade, or service-based environment
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and adherence to process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Sybiz is desirable
