About the role

Join the team at Broad Electrical and Air as a full-time Service Administrator & General Administration. Based in Narrogin WA, this role is essential in supporting the business's operations and contributing to its ongoing success. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across various functions, ensuring the smooth running of the company.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating service requests and maintaining thorough records

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

Ordering Staff uniforms and maintaining levels of stock

Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling, data entry, and general office duties

Liaising with customers to address inquiries and provide updates

Assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documentation

Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using XERO, Tradify (or similar job management software) and other relevant software

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude

Experience in the Electrical Industry also favourable
