About Us
At PhysioNXT, we’re building something meaningful: a values-led clinic where clients feel supported, empowered, and inspired to move better and live better.
We are a multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic leading the way in both robotic rehabilitation and conventional physiotherapy. As the home of Victoria’s only Lokomat robotic gait trainer, we are at the forefront of advanced technology in rehab while also delivering high-quality evidence-based care across neurological, musculoskeletal, and complex conditions. Every program is person-centred, NDIS-aligned, and designed to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Our team is small but expanding — Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants, and business professionals working together with a shared commitment to:
Innovate – always pushing for better, evidence-informed ways to support our clients
Collaborate – openly sharing knowledge and lifting one another up
Deeply Invested – in our clients, our team, and the future of our profession
We pride ourselves on our no-ego culture, supportive mentoring, and opportunities for clinicians to step into leadership, service development, or specialist projects as we grow.
Where You’ll Work
Our clinic is located in Ashburton, where we provide state-of-the-art rehabilitation including robotics and advanced therapy services. In addition, this role involves delivering home and community sessions across Melbourne, giving you the flexibility to structure your hours and caseload around your clients and the times that work best for you.
