CareFinity Solutions (CFS) is a growing Allied Health provider delivering high-quality, in-home services. We currently specialise in Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology—and are now excited to launch a brand-new Physiotherapy department.

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our fantastic team and help shape the future of physiotherapy at CFS. This role focuses on Aged Care, Home Care Package, NDIS and private clients and includes a leadership development plan designed to support you in building and leading your own physiotherapy team.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with CareFinity, you’ll deliver tailored interventions and programs to support clients in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing age-related conditions

Pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation

Pain management

Muscular reconditioning (balance and mobility retraining)

Condition and disease management

Prescribing mobility aids

Providing manual handling training

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about clinical care and excited about professional growth. You will have:

Australian permanent residency

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy

Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience

Current AHPRA registration

Strong clinical skills in therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

A proactive, motivated approach

Knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care systems
