Atom Resources are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join leading drainage and electrical crews on major civil projects across Western Sydney. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with consistent hours and genuine career stability.

About the Role:

Operating excavators for trenching, drainage, and electrical service installation

Working safely around live services - must be experienced and confident in tight and detailed areas

Performing final trim and detailed excavation when required

Assisting the crew on the ground as needed

Completing daily pre-starts and basic maintenance on machines

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in pit and pipe installation

Proven ability to work safely around live services (essential)

Experience with final trim and detailed work (advantageous)

Valid Excavator SOA/VOC and White Card

HR or MR license and other earthmoving tickets are highly regarded

Team player with a great attitude and reliability
