Your new role

As Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-end fit outs across commercial, education, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors.You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and variations
• Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Assisting with project scheduling and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supporting client communications and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in commercial construction or fit-outs, ideally in a CA or PC role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction contracts and project documentation
• The ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
